1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw and No entry fee
2. The enrollment with iDrive Driving School for any paid service (driver’s ed, drives training, or drivers ed and training) will enter your name automatically in the drawing. But it will NOT increase your chances of wining.  
3. The drawing is open to USA residents only
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Duplicate entries will be deleted
6. Entries must be received by November 1, 2009 and March 30, 2010 to enter the drawing.
7. No entrant may win more than one prize.
8. One winner will receive an 8GB iPod touch (valued at $199).
9. One winner will receive an 8GB iPod nano (valued at $149)
10. The Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries
11. To enter, Just fill out the form with a valid First and Last Name, valid email address, valid mailing address, and valid Phone number.
12. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on April 15, 2010. The first entry drawn will be the Grand Prize winner (iPhod touch). The second entry drawn will be the second prize (iPod nano). And One Sport Drinking Bottle for each next fifty five entry drawn.
13. All prizes are engraved with iDrive Driving school name and phone number.
14. The winner will be notified via email. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the iDrive Driving School sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time. iDrive Driving School has the right to keep the prize.
